What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the app, we store the car details you enter (year, make, model), any mechanic bookings you make, and mechanics you save to your favorites. Your AI Expert conversations are processed in real time to generate a response — we don't store full conversation history unless you explicitly save a chat.
How we use it
Your data powers the app — nothing more. We use your car details to pre-fill forms so you never have to repeat yourself. We use your email for account-related messages only. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to build a profile to sell you things. Full stop.
How we store it
All data is stored securely and encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. We don't store payment card details — if payments are ever involved, they're handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor and we never see your card number.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. When you do, we permanently delete all your personal data within 30 days — no exceptions, no "we keep it for analytics." You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Just email us and we'll handle it promptly.
Cookies
We use a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that follow you around the web.
